Nuvo's immaculate industrial design is by Ken Okuyama; his other major works include the Ferrari Enzo and Ferrari Rosa. Mr. Okuyama's creation is a beautiful design that looks more like a sculpture than a high-tech creation. But indeed, nuvo is a formidable piece of technology: four sensors, 15 joints, dual-microphone, speaker, wireless LAN, and more, give it the ability to interact with life.

Nuvo can understand and respond to many different verbal commands; it can also be controlled via any web browser. It won't walk into objects, and is also able to rollover or to stand up on its own. It can walk up and extend its hand when meeting someone, play MP3s on demand, and even features a built-in CMOS sensor to capture images on demand from anywhere in the world.
